AWOC: 50th Episode with the Fiasco Family Watch A Movie!

We’re celebrating 50 of these things by bringing on our favorites from the Fiasco Family Watch a Movie podcast and our discussion is a doozie. Imagine you’ve been invited to a party, which is hard to imagine in self isolation, I know.

Then imagine you are tasked with bringing a movie. Which one is going to make you friends? Which one is going to make you a pariah? We spill the beans on this fun question and give everyone sincere thanks for giving us a listen. Fifty episodes ain’t nothin’.

As always, we’d love to hear your pics on our social media and on our website. Thanks for going on this journey with us and here’s to 50 more...though that sounds exhausting.*

AWOC: We're baaaack!

We’re clearing out the vaults in order to make room for new podcasts in 2023. Excuse our tardiness, friends, we’re busy folks. In this episode we cover Mike’s undying affection for Bob’s Burgers, Chad’s juuuuuust on the right side of creepy Elvis obsession and talk the latest episode of the Most Popular Thing In The World, Stranger Things. Thanks for sticking with us. We’ll be back with new episodes soon. Follow us at  @AWOCPodcast  on Twitter,  like us on Facebook  and leave us a review. The Atomic Weight of Cheese: Episode 1, Bucky Beaver Presents: Oral Trauma

Welcome to our first episode of this new podcast called 'The Atomic Weight of Cheese!' Your hosts,  Chad Plambeck of Micro-Brewed Reviews ,  Mike Bockoven, Author of 'FantasticLand' and 'PACK' , and  Steph Romanski, Author of 'The Resurrection Man'  pick a theme and go nuts on it for a while. Guaranteed to entertain, make you feel a little nostalgic, or make you want to rent the worst movie ever made. We love movies, movie culture, pop culture, nostalgia... but in this episode, we are not so fond of dentists. Listen to our first episode and you'll learn why. Episode 1 - Download or find on iTunes.

AWOC: There's always room for Giall-O

A few weeks ago all three of us converged from across the country to attend “GialloFest” at the Riverside Drive-In in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania. In this pod we discuss the 8(!) lurid, murderous and artistically minded Italian slasher flicks, as well as some stories about the trip and the fun had along the way.  It’s a super sized podcast along with some recommendations that will cover more than you ever wanted to know about the horror phenomenon that is “Giallo”.
